Who We’re Looking For

 

We’re seeking self-starters who are:

  • Ready to take ownership of their work.
  • Equipped with their own vehicle and basic tools (specialized equipment can come later).
  • Willing to invest in themselves – both in skill and mindset.
  • Motivated to earn top-tier pay through contracts and performance.

 

Preferred Experience

While not required, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Mechanical background, especially with diesel engines (Detroit 60s, Cummins, and Genny Cummins).
  • Experience with generators (Onan, Cummins, and others).
  • Knowledge of Class A motorhomes, Class C motorhomes, RV rentals, and service.
  • Solid understanding of general hand tools and troubleshooting.
